Spiritual Growth
We deepen our faith through study, reflection, and prayer.
Contemplative Prayer
Contemplative prayer practices allow us to build a deeper relationship with God through quiet, loving attentiveness to God’s presence. It helps us, in the words of our Godly Play stories, “to be so close with God and for God to be so close to us”.
We have weekly Lection Divina (“divine word” or praying with scripture) and Centering Prayer opportunities on Wednesday mornings before the noon service.
We also hold Taize services, labyrinth walks, contemplative prayer workshops, and more periodically throughout the year. Check back here for details on upcoming special events.
Parish Lending Library
Our parish lending library, in the Narthex of the church, is available to anyone who is interested in learning. We’re always adding new titles.

Book Study
Our book studies typically respond to an organic need or desire of the congregation. They provide a framework for us to gather, learn, and discuss who we are as Christians and Episcopalians.
During Lent, in response to the dangerous rise of Christian Nationalism, we studied Hanna Reichel’s For Such a Time as This: An Emergency Devotional.
